2. Information we collect

  • Enquiries. When you use our contact form, email us or telephone us, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message.
  • Technical information. Like most websites, our web server and security tools may record your IP address, browser type, device information and the pages you visit. We use this to keep the website secure, prevent spam and fix faults.
  • Customer and supplier details. If you become a customer or supplier, we hold the contact, billing and support information needed to provide and manage the service.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not collect special category data through this website.

3. How we use your information and our lawful basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, provide a quote or proposal – legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To provide and manage services we supply to you – performance of a contract.
  • To keep our website and systems secure and to prevent spam or abuse – legitimate interests.
  • To keep accounting and tax records – legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who we share it with

We only share personal information where necessary, with:

  • email and communications providers that deliver and store the messages you send us, including messages sent through the contact form on this website;
  • professional advisers such as accountants and legal advisers, and public authorities where we are required to by law.

Our providers act on our instructions and are required to protect your information. This website also loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when a page loads – see our Cookie Policy.

5. International transfers

Some providers we use, such as Google and Microsoft, may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as a UK adequacy decision or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

6. How long we keep it

  • Website enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 24 months, then deleted.
  • Customer and supplier records: for the length of the relationship and then for as long as the law requires, normally six years for accounting records.
  • Technical and security logs: only for as long as needed for security and fault-finding.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • be told how your information is used;
  • ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • ask us to erase your information, or restrict how we use it, in certain circumstances;
  • ask for your information in a portable format, where it applies;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above. We will respond within one month.

8. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can put things right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): ico.org.uk, telephone 0303 123 1113.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please take care over what you send us.
